Fall Festival and Market

September 28, 2024 | 10 AM

Fall in Panama City Beach is heavenly. With average temperatures in the 70s and 80s, sunny skies, and plenty of family-friendly things to do, it’s a great time to visit. If you’re looking for a fun and free event this September, be sure to head to Aaron Bessant Park on the 28th for the annual Fall Festival and Market.

Starting at 10 AM, you can shop delicious produce and artisan goods at a seasonal farmers market. Kids will love the play area with games and tons of activities. And local restaurants and food trucks will be on-site, serving up their most popular treats. Dance to live music, and don’t forget your free tote bag so you can easily keep up with all your fall finds. The Fall Festival and Market will feature more than 60 local businesses, food trucks, and booths, so come early and bring a blanket or chair so you can spend the day. Pirates of the High Seas and Renaissance Fest

October 11 – 13, 2024 | Friday and Saturday 8 AM to 8 PM, Sunday 12 PM to 4:30 PM

Gather ye mateys and get ready for a weekend full of costumed fun when you attend one of Panama City Beach’s most beloved fall events. Everyone from the oldest to the youngest is guaranteed to have an incredible time at the Pirate’s Fest held at Pier Park! Live mermaid shows and parades will mesmerize the little ones, while older kids and adults can marvel at fire performers, Cirque Adventure acrobats, reenactments, exhibits, and more!

The festival will feature three full days of fun, starting with the Pirate Breakfast Experience on Friday morning at Barefoot Hide-A-Way. Throughout the days, you can expect to see magic shows, hear legends of pirates, and watch tournaments of knights as they battle for glory on the beach. Stick around till closing on Saturday for a firework spectacular over the water. Grab a turkey leg and some grog from the pirate’s pub and get ready for a fantastic weekend in Panama City Beach.

Panama City Beach Oktoberfest

October 18 – 20, 2024 | Friday 4 PM to 11 PM, Saturday 12 PM to 11 PM, Sunday 12 PM to 5 PM

Whether you’re a beer enthusiast or not, PCB’s Oktoberfest is a great pastime for your fall beach trip. One part music festival and one part cultural celebration, it’s an opportunity to hang with locals, enjoy some classic German beer and food items, participate in friendly competition, and revel in fun.

Daily offerings will include live bands, local brewery and restaurant vendors, and artisan booths. Kids are also welcome and will love playing in the bouncy houses, getting their faces painted, and dancing to the Chicken Dance in the Big Tent.

Don your best lederhosen and dirndls, and you may even take home the coveted Best Dressed award. Or test your endurance with the stein-holding or alp horn-blowing competitions. Tickets are on sale now. Grab a three-day GA pass for just $20. Kids 12 and under get in free!

Grand Lagoon Bloody Mary and Music Festival

November TBD | 11 AM to 2 PM

Each year in early November, droves flock to Bay Point Marina to sample and vote for the best bloody mary in PCB at the Bloody Mary and Music Festival. Whether you like them spicy or overloaded with toppings, you’ll find every family recipe at this epic Panama City Beach fall event. 

Dance to live music (line up to be announced) right on the water’s edge and stick around until the end to see who gets crowned the “Big Tomato!” Local food vendors will be serving up hot sandwiches, wings, BBQ and more. Dates and lineup will be posted on the Grand Lagoon website as the final details are made, so be sure to check before your late fall vacation.
