Martin's takes pride in making everything from scratch daily, from sides to sauces. Their barbecue is smoked over local hickory wood for up to 24 hours, ensuring authentic flavor. Due to this process, some items may sell out, so come early and stay late!

The menu features a variety of options, including Pulled Pork Shoulder, Sliced Beef Brisket, Smoked Turkey, and Spare Ribs, all served with sides like Fresh Cut Fries, Mac & Cheese, and Baked Beans. For starters, guests can enjoy BBQ Nachos and Farmhand Fries. The restaurant also offers Smoked Wings, Burgers, and Redneck Tacos—a cornbread hoecake topped with a choice of meat, slaw, and Jacks Creek Sauce. And don't forget about dessert! Martha Ann’s Fudge Pie and Nadine’s Pecan Pie round out this southern spectacular with the perfect amount of sweet.
