The Stage in Downtown Nashville

I stayed here with one other person, two of us total. The place was clean, decorated very well, conveniently located, all instructions were easy to follow, the pool was nice, I would absolutely stay here again.

This place was so clean, we were able to walk to lots of places, the pool was nice, communication was good, price was great, would highly recommend!

This was a GREAT place to stay, park our car and walk to all the entertainment. We loved coming back to the unit - it always smelled amazing! Right near a train track, but host provides a white noise machine and blackout curtains. Management company was kind, curteous and responsive. Always felt safe. Highly recommend for ease getting around and relaxing.

Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Close to Broadway! Super cute Nashville condo that was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable!

Had the best weekend staying at The Stage! With close proximity to both the Gulch and Broadway, we found it walkable to most places and never paid more than $5-7 for a Lyft. As far as access and check-in, Nautical could not have been more helpful in getting us up to speed with the Latch app that was easy to use once installed. The app allowed us to get anywhere we needed to in the building and park for free in the secure owner and guest garage. As for amenities, the building had everything as described and the apartment was outfitted with everything you could ever need. As other reviews had mentioned, this unit is next to a train track but the noise was minimal and it was really fun to watch the trains go by from the balcony when we were getting ready for a night downtown. Overall, we were thrilled with the place and can’t recommend this place or host enough!

We are local to the area but chose to stay in this Airbnb for my 40th bday weekend and also a work event. Had the best time. Great location. You are in the city so if outside noise bother you then bring a sound machine. We slept just fine and bed was very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

As a travel nurse, and being part of a family who loves to travel, I have stayed in many, many, many different places. This rental tops the chart for being the BEST! The condo, itself, is brand new, and it is gorgeous. It has the best decor to give the room a "Nashville" feel while still making you feel like you're sitting at your own home with your family. The condo is so well organized, and everything you need is so easy to find. All of the "extra" necessities are nice. After a 5 hour drive, and arriving late in the evening, my son was thankful to see bottled water in the refrigerator. The property is easy to find. Parking is secured in a deck with plenty of spaces. Security on site and office staff were friendly and helpful. It was no difficulty to have food delivered or to arrange for transportation to downtown. Everything is in walking distance from the property. The owners/ property managers were even better then the condo...friendly, helpful, and reply immediately.
