Sitting on 200 feet of gorgeous beachfront, Seychelles Beach Resort condos’ high-rise resort promises luxury amenities like two outdoor Gulf-front pools and hot tubs, a fitness center, basketball courts, and beach chair service vendors. This condo has 1 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms. It has a twin size bunk bed in the bunk area, and the living room has a sleeper sofa, so you can sleep 6 comfortably.

- Schooners, known as the “Last Local Beach Club,” sits right next door to Seychelles Beach Resort. Open year-round with a menu of seafood, sandwiches and spirits, this casual restaurant features beachfront dining, live music on Fridays and Saturdays, and numerous events like their annual Lobster Festival & Tournament.

- St. Andrews State Park lies less than a mile from Seychelles Beach Resort. The park offers marked hiking trails, paved biking trails and canoe/kayak rentals. It’s also the place to board the Shell Island Shuttle to a 7-mile-long undeveloped barrier island where you can go shelling on the beach or swimming in its peaceful, inshore waters.

- On Shell Island, you can take a snorkeling tour to view tropical fish, rays and other small marine animals, o, take a dolphin tour around St. Andrews Bay, home to one of the largest populations of bottlenose dolphins in the world!
