Love the location near the state park, as the area is not as busy as the rest of Panama City Beach. Quiet and comfortable. Looking forward to returning soon.

This was our first time staying with Nautical Properties. We loved the condo and the proximity to the beach. It was quiet and peaceful, and we had a great family vacation. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Nice place to stay

Perfect location! We greatly enjoy the closeness to the beach and being close to St Andrew’s Park. Wonderful memories made along with peace and relaxation.

This is a perfect beach location! On the beach with a swimming pool. Very nice front desk person, beautiful beach views! It was perfect! I look forward to returning soon. A quick break from work to the beach is very needed and this place provided the rest and tranquility desired.

Our family have stayed here before. It was really nice. The owner renovated the condo, which was a surprise for us. Because the last time it was a little out dated. But also nice and clean. Location is great. Plenty of restaurants & stores nearby. Access to the beach was great. I like there's plenty of parking. The condo had everything we needed. This was not our first time vacationing here. We will definitely stay here again.

The amenities of the condo and the property are great for our family of four. The condo is located close to several restaurants and the State park. Plenty of things to do to keep everyone entertained.

We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our time at Sea Side Villas. The pool was located directed outside the back lanai door, the beach access was super easy, and the condo itself was wonderful! We would definitely love to return on our next vacation! Thank you Jason for being such a great host and we really enjoyed our stay.

House clean, so much dishes, pots and pans. Especially from the last airbnb we did.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The only downfall was there were no ceiling fans in any of the rooms, especially the patio area. It would have been nice to be outside in the evenings but fans would be necessary when there was no breeze. Otherwise, the condo complex was beautiful.

Great location if you don’t want the crowds of PCB. Community was very nice. Unit could use updates but we would stay there again. Great location with pool outside screened in porch and very quick walk to the ocean. Our family very much enjoyed our vacation!

We enjoyed being at Sea Side Villas. Love the location. The landscaping is beautiful and the people were friendly. The condo is very adequate. Needs some updates and the screened porch lounge chairs need to be replaced. Very nice courtyard and pool. Pool furniture was great. All in all we were pleased.
