The condo offers a wide range of amenities for guests, including a Keurig coffee maker with k-cups, toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, a hairdryer, an iron/ironing board, pool towels, and a walk-in closet with extra bedding. You can also enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer with detergent included, as well as on-site security for added peace of mind. Access to the entire unit is granted, excluding the owner's supply closet. The heated outdoor pool boasts loungers and cabanas and is open from March to October between 7am and 10pm. A courtyard with fire pits, an outdoor gas grill and kitchen area, and a ping pong table on the pool deck provide additional recreational options. The condo also features a state-of-the-art gym equipped with Peloton equipment, a workspace, and a community lounge.

- Lower Level Garage - this is a paid public parking garage that has direct elevator access right to your condo floor. Discounted pricing is available for people staying at one of our condos.

     - All common areas and amenities like the pool, cabanas, gym, workspace lounge, lobby, etc. are managed by the building. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
     - This is a condo located in downtown Nashville. As pictured, this development sits near train tracks. We have provided a white noise machine and ear plugs for your convenience.  Like any urban location, the presence of unhoused individuals may be experienced.
