Welcome to Layla’s Nashville Retreat, a stunning boho-inspired luxury condo in the heart of Music City. Designed for both comfort and style, this beautifully decorated space is perfect for groups, offering a serene escape while keeping you close to all the excitement Nashville has to offer. With three well-appointed bedrooms and sleeping space for up to eight guests, this retreat provides the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.  

The primary bedroom features a plush king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a shower/tub combination. The secondary bedroom also boasts a king-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and access to a shared bathroom with a shower/tub. A cozy third bedroom with a queen-size bed provides a quiet and restful space, ideal for light sleepers. For additional guests, the living room includes a sleeper sofa with a full-size pull-out mattress, complete with a mattress topper for added comfort and extra linens stored in the bedroom closets.  

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and gather with friends and family. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the private balcony overlooking the pool and cabanas or enjoy a meal together at the six-person outdoor dining table before heading out to explore Nashville’s legendary live music scene, top-rated restaurants, and vibrant nightlife.  

The Hyve building amenities are second to none:

If you are parking a car during your stay, you will have 3 options:
- Owner/Guest Garage - this is a FREE first come, first serve garage that requires the Latch app for access. You will receive Latch access upon booking.
- Street Parking - this is FREE first come, first serve parallel street parking
- Lower Level Garage - this is a paid public parking garage that has direct elevator access right to your condo floor. Discounted pricing is available for people staying at one of our condos. 

Extra Info:
     - All common areas and amenities like the pool, cabanas, gym, workspace lounge, lobby, etc. are managed by the building. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
     - This is a condo located in downtown Nashville. As pictured, this development sits near train tracks. We have provided a white noise machine and ear plugs for your convenience.  Like any urban location, the presence of unhoused individuals may be experienced. 
     - The pool is heated and open March - Oct, depending on the weather and maintenance
     - Arriving ahead of check in time? The Hyve offers complimentary luggage storage! Please check with us for hours.
