The room was perfect , it was very clean , plently of room for the six of us , and our property manager was fabulous.

The apartment was comfortable and beautiful.

The condo was extremely clean. The place was exactly as described. The bed was so comfortable we're thinking of ordering the mattress for ourselves. The elevator can be a little tricky to maneuver to start with from the parking to the condo but I find most places in PCB to be this way. Overall the place is great. The pools were spotless and the walk to the beach was only a couple of minutes. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very clean! The building wasn’t as upgraded as we thought it would be but the condo itself was beautiful! Lots of places to eat around the area. Overall a great experience!

Absolutely stunning location and great host. The views and the breeze that comes in from the balcony is the most peaceful and serine. Great restaurants in the area. Finding the right parking to put you close to the unit is a bit tricky bc you have a garage elevator and a building elevator. The BEST way I found to access the unit is parking in the SOUTH garage(to your right after you pass guard shack), no matter what floor. But take the garage elevator to the 3rd floor(highest garage elevator goes). As you exit the elevator, you’ll see a flight of stairs, walk up the stairs and turn right. You’ll see the exit signs ahead of you, turn left and walk straight into the elevator that will take you to the 9th floor. The unit is to your left. Taking any other elevator, will have you walking a good ways. This is BY FAR, the best option. Screenshot this lol trust me!!!!! Overall, fantastic place. BEAUTIFUL. I can’t say enough. Responsive host and great experience!

The home itself was perfect! Clean and beautiful decor. The only thing I disliked was the staff when pulling into the parking lot was rude. As well as, there was a parent lock on the living room tv so we were limited on what we could watch. Beyond that it was an amazing stay and can’t wait to return!

The property was great for our family of 4. Pretty close to the beach and other activity. Condo was clean and living space updated. The elevator situation in the Wharf was not as great. There is just not enough and there always seemed to be one under maintenance so at times it took some extra time (one time 10 minutes) to get down with our beach gear. Not a huge issue but just beware. Other than that all good.

So you was not far from the beach just a few minutes and most of everything you needed was there and the pools was really nice..and the view was really good ..

Great stay

We had a great stay here and the unit was squeaky clean!! Everything is very close at Laketown Wharf with Walmart and several great places to eat on-site. Check-in was smooth and the pool amenities were great!! We will be returning later this year and will definitly come back to this unit.

I had just a great time, everything workout great. Communications with Nautical was awesome.

The condo had everything we needed. The view was amazing. And the communication you had with me made check in and check out easy. Thank you for making this a memorable vacation for my family.

I booked this at the last minute and it didn't disappoint! Everything in person was exactly as it was in pictures. I read a lot of reviews about long waits for the elevators. I didn't experience a long wait at all, and there was even a motorcycle rally happening at the same time. Check in was easy. The company gave me clear instructions on how to check in and access everything. The view was the best part. The living area had plenty of room, the kitchen was huge. and the mattresses were so comfortable. The company even allowed me to have an early check in. I will definitely be back. Thanks for an awesome vacation.
