Things to Note:
- There is a $78.17 one-time resort fee that includes 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands. This fee is not included in the booking payment and is for your entire stay, not per person. A link will be provided, upon booking, for you to pay this fee directly to Laketown Wharf. Individuals 12+ years old are required to wear a wristband. A $50 charge will be assessed for each missing or broken wristband upon checkout.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, elevators, etc. are managed by Laketown Wharf Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
Rules:
- The individual booking must be 21+ years old, and also staying at the condo.
- No Smoking/Vaping
- No Pets
- No Parties, Unauthorized Guests, or Events
- Wristbands must always be worn when onsite. A $50 charge will be assessed for each missing or broken wristband upon departure.
- Parking passes must be displayed.
- Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.

The resort is so convenient! We never even had to leave the resort except to walk right across the street the the beach. Beautiful condo, great view of the ocean! Will stay again!!

Always enjoy laketown wharf, the location is great, great views! Nautical properties communicates phenomenally, very proactive communication and quick to respond. The condo was beautiful, clean, when had beach chairs and an umbrella which was so nice! Very much enjoyed this stay and look forward to booking with them again!

We were extremely happy with our stay in this Laketown Wharf condo. It was clean, spacious, and had all of the supplies that we needed. The view was great and the condo was right by the elevators. The elevators were not bad at all on that end. The owner assisted us easily with the very small issue that we initially had with the check in desk, but no fault of theirs. Thank you for hosting us!

great stay! elevators at this resort can be a pain but seemed as though they were always working on fixing them. the property Managers were great and were quick to respond when we got sent the wrong door code. lots to do in the area and the beach is just a quick walk away, I'd definitely go back!

Aside from having a wonderful condo, Jason and his team were so helpful and answered all of our messages and questions within minutes!! I definitely recommend renting from them!! Cannot say enough good things.

You will defiantly fall in love with LTW 904- The Tide View. The accommodations and view are exceedingly well. Lovely resort overlooking the gulf. Nautical Properties provided great communication. The unit was very clean, and the resort was amazing.

This was the perfect location. We had everything that we needed within walking distance. Walmart was a 5-10 min walk to get whatever you need for your stay and lots of different places to eat at the resort. The condo was very clean and the view was perfect. We will definitely be back next year and hope this same unit is available.

We booked this condo at the last minute and it was great. Nice view, clean, and comfortable. I would rent this place again. The host was very responsive to messages sent also.
