Laketown Wharf 730 Shell Yeah

We loved the condo and all of the furnishings. The kids loved that they each had their own space. The view was incredible. The only negatives would be that the nightly light show never occurred while we were there and that 1/2 of the elevators were out of service throughout the stay. All of which made it tough to get to ground level and to leave on checkout day we had to lug our luggage and coolers down the stairs after waiting for 1 hour for an empty elevator to fit on. Realize that you have nothing to do with either of those issues but it does take away from the overall experience.

Very Impressive

very nice condo. felt comfortable with 2 adults, 2 teens & 2 a little younger ones. condo was clean and felt like home. easy walk to the beach, pools & restaurants.

We absolutely loved this condo! Very spacious and the location is great. Extra comfy beds and the large tub was so relaxing after a day at the beach. Will definitely be visiting again!! Date of arrival - June 12, 2023

The condo is amazing very clean, spacious and great views of the pond in the back. They communicate well and very responsive. I love how the bedrooms are on the opposite sides of the condo so it is private It is very bright and comfortable to relax while on vacation.

This place was clean, with plenty of room for everyone. Nice view over the resort lake. New appliances, and lovely bedrooms to ensure a great stay. Even found a pickleball court for some exercise.

loved the view walking into the condo and the view of the bay inside. easy private access to the beach. Jason is the perfect host. He is quick to respond to your needs. I was there on business and had to extend my stay, no problems at all. I will stay there again the next time I have to come business or on vacation. the condo itself was better than I could have imagine. tons of space and they thought of everything. If your preference is to drink wine from a wine glass better bring a couple. they have plenty of everything else.

Our check in process was easy and smooth. The condo was pictured exactly like it was online. The beach was literally across the street for easy access. Located in a good area for shopping, eateries, and entertainment. The host responded quickly when I needed to ask questions and provided helpful information for our stay. The only downside was the elevators were slow and that’s only because the property stays busy

Our family really enjoyed our stay here the view was awesome , although the elevators suck honestly but rumor has it they will be doing some renovations soon hopefully they do plus adding more trash cans around the building would help people kept throwing trash everywhere like they werent house trained but our condo for the week was beautiful clean & comfortable no complaints to our host Jason

5 STARS 4 SURE***** THE CONDO WAS PERFECT! HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED AND IN A PERFECT LOCATION TO ALL THE ACTION THAT PANAMA HAS TO OFFER. THE OWNER WAS A GREAT COMMUNICATOR AND HAD AN ANSWER FOR ALL MY QUESTIONS. IM PARALYZED AND I HAD NO TROUBLE WITH THE ACCESS . WE PLAN ON MAKING OUR TRIP ANNUALLY AND WE HOPE THIS PLACE WILL BE AVAILABLE AGAIN.
