Awesome location. We drove down to Pier Park and quickly realized how thankful we were to be stay where we were. Yes it got crowded but it was not near as crowded as that end. It was fall break so there were quite a bit of people yet when you are in the condo you hear nothing. It was clean, easy to get to from the parking garage, and to get down to the beach.

Loved the resort and enjoyed our stay at the property. Definitely felt like a home away from home. This is my second time using Nautical, will book again.
We love staying at Laketown when we visit PCB! This is the 2nd unit we have booked with Nautical Properties and have yet to be disappointed! The unit was clean and just as described! Love the centralized location of the unit, stair access right outside of the door and easy access to the parking garage and all elevators. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you could possibly need! The only downfall/suggestion I have for this unit would be the lack of curtains in the main bedroom and living room.
