It was a great stay for those looking to be moments away from the action. The unit is spacious and well maintained. There are lots of amenities and as this condo building has a ton of rentals you will also meet many other families with children also vacationing and using the amenities.

This place was great! The condo was clean and modern. We have stayed at Laketown before and this is by far the nicest stay yet. The only thing I wish was different is the sized of the second bathroom. This room is too small for couples sharing the condo.

Our family of 6 stayed here (ages 14, 12, 11, & 9). It was perfect. The rooms were clean, comfortable and relaxing. The beach was 7 minute walk away. The kitchen was stocked with beautiful dishes and tools. A Walmart grocery store is conveniently just across the street. The owner always responded promptly to any questions or concerns and went out of their way to help. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

LOVED the condo! Only complaint is how far you have to walk from the parking garage to the room. But loved being so close to the beach!

This was our first stay at Laketown Wharf Resort. I was very surprised that our stay was so great after reading so many negative reviews about the facility and surrounding area. We never had to wait for the elevator very long, the property was very clean, security was visible, and the property manager was very easy to contact when I had questions regarding anything related to our stay or the condo. The view from our balcony was beautiful and the condo was beautiful as well! We would definitely stay here again!
