Great Condo with remarkable view. Watched Sting rays swimming from balcony

The condo was better than advertised. The view of the sunset and the ocean was spectacular. Nautical Properties couldn't be any better to work with. Easy to book and check in. 5 pools, gym, putting green and restaurants all on site.

Enjoyed my stay everything was as described host checked on us a few times to ensure everything was good

I really enjoyed it especially with the amazing view from the balcony, and the ac working really well cooling fast

The property was clean and the host responded very quickly.

Newly Updates Wonderful Condo with a View

Condo was outstanding, clean and well kept. We mostly stayed on site enjoying the hot tub but there are plenty of Restaurants within Walking Distance.

Loved the stay. Wish I had known about the open walkway to room on 17th floor. One on my group is scared of heights so that part was difficult every time we had to walk to and from room. But we made it hand in hand. My only suggestion would be to add some pot holders.

The condo was freshly painted, and the mattresses and box springs were both brand new. Outstanding view from the 19th floor of the Gulf. Especially at Sunset.

Jason was awesome at his job. Right on top of everything and we were in our condo before check in time. I’m very pleased with the condo itself. Everything was clean and beautiful. The ONLY problem I had with the condo was the master bed had a dip in it that made it uncomfortable. Other then that it was perfect. And I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better host!

Amazing place to stay!! There was great parking but we found ourselves just walking to everywhere we wanted to go. There is a Walmart right across the street for any of your needs. Great staff, would definitely book again:)

Jason’s place is an ideal spot for all of your needs. The beach is just across the street and tons of places to choose from to get drinks or eat within walking distance. The condo was incredibly clean and Jason couldn’t be any better with communication. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Everything was exactly as described in the listing. We are familiar with the property so we already knew how the elevators can be, but that’s not an issue for us. We also were aware of the distance from the parking garage so we came prepared with a wagon. No complaints whatsoever. We had a great vacation and hope to be returning guests soon!

This property was a total dream for our family vacation. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. We were very pleased with our stay. Having a private walk to the beach was helpful for our little ones. With 4 pools and multiple restaurants to choose from on the property we didn’t have to leave the premises much. We were also within reasonable walking distance to a Walmart which made supply runs a breeze. We will most definitely be staying here again and again.

The condo was very clean and perfect for our family of seven! Property manager was a pleasure to work with and always responded quickly. Our only "issue" was the long wait times for the elevators and they were so hot! But overall we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was clean and ready for us to stay the week. Close to the beach, a great view, lots of great restaurants close by. Will definitely rent again!

The condo was everything we expected and so much more!! Perfect view, lots of space, and even a washer and dryer to conveniently wash clothes. The property manager was amazing!!!

Great vacation!! The Wharf had the best crab legs ever!! We ate there twice. Only issue is the elevators!! Way too few for the number of units in the building. Long, hot, and extremely frustrating waits for an elevator.

The view, the pools and the convenient walk to the beach make this place amazing. It is quite a walk to the condo from the elevator. We got lots of use of our stroller with three little kids but overall we had an amazing stay.

They stay was wonderful!!! place was nice and clean exactly like the pictures also enjoyed the all you can eat buffet at the wharf

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property manager was very attentive in answering any questions we had. The condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked for our short trip. The beds were comfortable and the bunk beds are great for kids. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy. We loved the large balcony; even though the property is across the road from the beach, the balcony is perfectly situated with a beautiful view of the ocean. We would not hesitate to stay here again! I enjoyed everything however the only downfall was the distance from my room to the garage and elevator. Property managers responded very quickly to every question I had. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay at Nautical1911! We enjoyed the view and the space for two couples to enjoy the weekend without bumping into each other. Highly recommend staying and we will be back.

This condo was beautiful and spacious. The view from the balcony was amazing. Though it’s not on the beach you can see the beach, people swimming , parasailing and much more. You don’t even have to leave the property for good food. Juan Taco was amazing. The best tacos I have ever eaten. Will definitely stay at this location in the future.

The condo was perfectly described, roomy, clean, and adequately furnished. We had one small internet issue, but that was resolved immediately. The response times and communication was the best I have seen. The 19th floor was great for ocean and beach views, and beach access was very easy. The pools were great for lounging around and we had a great view for the lighted water show, which we missed every night (lol).

We had a very enjoyable experience at this condo, great views, clean rooms. We had small issues with wifi. Owner was great, communicated great on check in, check out, door and beach code info. Great restaurants on and near the property. Elevators can be slow but would definitely recommend this place and would gladly book again
