The unit was clean and well appointed. Great to have such a variety of food available and the location was centrally located, but away from all the hustle so that you get a sense of peace. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and I most appreciate the accessibility and tolerance of Jennifer, the person I was texting with all week - that type of service goes a long way to make you feel well-cared for.

Very nice condo. It was clean and comfortable. Jason and his team communicated well and made the process vey easy. The internet was out when we arrived and someone came immediately and fixed it. Will recommend to others.
This unit was OUTSTANDING! From the decor, to the beautiful ocean view from the balcony and the clean crisp smell of the condo! This unit was very clean, modern, "beachy" and WELL STOCKED with EVERYTHING you'll need during your stay. My family and I lacked NOTHING! Never had a problem with anything! The beds slept great, (my kids enjoyed the sleeper sofa & the bunks), the Wi-Fi worked well and all amenities were well accommodating. Laketown Wharf is awesome! The resort is beautiful and has many shops and eateries and is centrally located, making it easy to access many restaurants and attractions! I seen some reviews where they said the security here is strict. Not really. They just require you wear your wristbands during your whole stay. They only check for wristbands upon coming back to the resort from an outing. The only thing I disliked was having to leave this wonderful place! Nautical properties, you owe my family nothing! Thank you!!! We enjoyed everything!
