Overall the condo, the pools, the check in, the parking garage. Everything was great. Elevators on checkout are a nightmare if you are checking out on a holiday or typical Saturday or Sunday morning. But, that is to be expected. The only negative thing about the condo itself is the mattress in the master bedroom. That thing is like sleeping on plywood. It was terrible. But, the couch is comfy and the kids had no complaints over the other bedroom or the bunks.

Thank you Nautical Propertys!!! We had a most wonderful time with the family at Laketown Wharf in PCB. We have rented several properties here over the past 16 years, and this unit was definitely my favorite. The location is superb, and the view is phenomenal. The unit was furnished well, including extra bedding for the sofa sleeper, extra pillows, a lovely washer/dryer that worked well (and wasn't noisy), close to elevators, close to garage, plus a well stocked kitchen. Thank you for making our family vacation over the top and for going above & beyond for your guests. We appreciate all you do. Thank you.--- LTW PCB #1427
Easy check in and it was a great room , I would recommend this room for the view alone . I wasn’t disappointed at all . Very clean great location , we will be back!
