Laketown Wharf 1024

Excellent property. I would like to repeat it another time. Same as the photo and very excellent location. The property is very well equipped.

This is an Awesome Condo, with a Great View of the Ocean from the Huge Balcony! This Unit 1024, at Laketown Wharf, looked Like New! Great location, on the 10th floor, just steps away from the Huge swimming pool, Hot Tub and view of the Ocean too! I was really surprised, this Init has three bedrooms, plenty of USB charging ports everywhere! 5 flat screen large TV’s! One for every bed! Recliner and fireplace in the big living room. Really nice cabinets in both bathrooms and the kitchen. Plenty of Drawers too. I counted 18 drawers in the kitchen. Both bathrooms have large lighted mirrors! Comfortable beds, and new looking furniture. The location of Laketown Wharf, really can’t be beat. Walk to many really good restaurants! Close to a water park, Walmart, etc. St Andrews State Park is just 5 miles down South Thomas drive, with a beautiful beach and fishing pier, that are not crowded either! We will definitely come back to 1024 Laketown Wharf, the next chance we get! Thanks Nautical Properties!

This condo was an outstanding find! The property was very clean, spacious and looked exactly like the photos. Great restaurants and local shops within walking distance. A lot of attractions close by as well. Nautical Properties is Highly recommended and will be booking again. Thank you for an amazing family vacation!!

The property was amazing! Beautiful condo and all employees were so friendly! The gulf was closed a few days due to rip current but the pools at the property were perfect! This property had so many amenities we didn’t even make it to all pools. We have teenagers so the restaurants on the ground floor plus all other safety precautions helped us feel safe in letting them roam on their own! We have already begun looking into booking this property again next year! By far one of the best properties in PCB! Everyone was so nice and friendly!

The condo and amenities were great! My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only cumbersome aspect (which had nothing to do with Nautical Properties) was the elevators. Other than that, we enjoyed everything about our stay! 10/10!

Absolutely LOVED this unit! Everything was updated and very clean, especially the kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable and the unit included a sleeper sofa which was a big plus. Although there were 8 of us, we had more than enough room. The property is in a very convenient location with easy access to Pineapple Willy’s, Walmart, etc. Loved the gorgeous ocean view from the balcony. It could get a bit rowdy outside at night, but that’s to be expected when you’re right in the middle of PCB. No noise issues inside though! Even though we had brought chairs, towels, etc, I thought it was great that the unit was stocked with those items as well in case they were needed! The kitchen was also stocked with plenty of pots and pans which I liked. My only complaint, which has nothing to do with this particular unit or the host, is that the wait times for the elevators could be a bit crazy (20-30 mins). Would definitely stay here again!!!

We loved staying here! My fiancé and I went for our baby moon and it was very comforting and super close to beach so we didn’t have to walk far at all. Best food around too! We enjoyed it so much.

I loved everything about this place,, the view was priceless. And we was close to everything restaurant and Walmart was in walking distance. Me and my family loved it there.

Condo was the perfect spot for my wife and I to get away. Beautiful views of the beach from the master bedroom and living room, we didn't want to leave. So clean and newly updated. Patio furniture was perfect for relaxing and sightseeing. Perfect location, so close to everything. Very family friendly environment. Everything was perfect. We will definitely stay here again when we visit PCB.
