Laketown Wharf Resort is a premier condo complex located in the heart of Panama City Beach, offering guests a blend of comfort and convenience. With its stunning views of the blue ocean, expansive pools, and spacious amenities, this resort is perfect for families, couples, and groups seeking a relaxing beach getaway. The resort features multiple pools, a fitness center, dining options, 810 Entertainment (bowling/arcade), and private beach access, ensuring that every guest has access to everything they need for a memorable vacation.
***NOTES:
- There is a $90 one-time resort fee that includes 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands. This fee is not included in the booking payment and is for your entire stay (not per person). A link will be provided for you to pay this fee directly to Laketown Wharf. You'll need to print your parking passes prior to arrival. Wristbands will be in your condo upon your arrival.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, etc. are managed by Laketown Wharf Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.

Laketown 1016 is amazing condo the moment we open the door I felt like I was at home. Nice king size bed very comfortable the bunk beds was also nice and comfortable. Nice size bathroom very clean. Love the open kitchen and living space. All furniture and appliances are well maintained. Plenty of patio furniture to view in the balcony to view the beach. It also came with 2 days of paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags, hands soap which was nice even though we came with those things. I would definitely stay there again and I would suggest to my family and friends as well. Date of arrival - July 3, 2024

Great place to stay. Comfortable beds and nice view of the Gulf. Easy walk to the beach. Nice restaurants down stairs or just stay in and cook in the furnished kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed for our 26th anniversary. We had so much fun. The beach water was closed the whole time with double red flags, but we made our own sunshine & found other things to do. The pools at Laketown Wharf were great & we visited them several times during our week long stay. The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking essentials, which made meals at home easier & cheaper than eating out for every meal. The coffee pot uses regular grounds or kcups, which we really liked. There are beach chairs & a wagon for transporting belongings. The view is great from the front or the back of the condo & if you are at the front at 8 pm there is a water/light show in the lake. We’ll definitely stay again with this host.

The condo was immaculate. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the condo was stocked with everything you would need for your little home beach home away from home. The property has great places to eat and each pool was clean and fun. We also really loved how close the beach was so we were able to go at any time without much thought. 10/10 would recommend.

Lovely condo from the moment we step inside we love it how clean it was. The decor was amazing. I love that all furniture and appliances looks great. Plenty of patio chairs to relax to view the beautiful beach. I don’t have any complaints because we had stay at Laketown over 6 times before none of those others condo can’t beat 1016. I will definitely keep this information so when we traveling again I would stay here again.
