Well, you have found it!   Featuring custom design and luxury furnishings, this space is the perfect downtown spot. The unit features three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa. Bedroom 1 and 2 both have King beds, and Bedroom 3 has a queen. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a stocked Keurig coffee bar. Both the living and bedrooms feature Smart TV’s with and high speed internet.

If you are parking a car during your stay, you will have 3 options:
♦ Owner/Guest Garage - this is a FREE first come, first serve garage that requires the Latch app for access. You will receive Latch access upon booking.
♦ Street Parking - this is FREE first come, first serve parallel street parking
♦ Lower Level Garage - this is a paid public parking garage that has direct elevator access right to your condo floor. Discounted pricing is available for people staying at one of our condos.

In the living room, you will see classic records on the wall & custom decorations throughout for a perfect Nashville vacation spot. Visit the Honky Tonks on Broadway with a short 15-minute walk, quick Uber/Lyft ride, or even a scooter. Enjoy sitting on the balcony and sipping a drink while being part of the pool scene.      - This is a condo located in downtown Nashville. As pictured, this development sits near train tracks. We have provided a white noise machine and ear plugs for your convenience.  Like any urban location, the presence of unhoused individuals may be experienced.
    - The pool is open May 1 - October 31, depending on the weather

The apartment was beautiful and as pictured. Location-wise it was great for Broadway and the Gulch area. I would say to be a little careful walking around at night as with any big city with good weather homelessness was a little high, though we never had any trouble at all, it could just be a little intimidating. As the description says this is a downtown apartment so expect some noise including trains, but the white noise machines provided were a game changer. All kitchen appliances and tools were well stocked and the apartment and all things in it were in great condition.

This place matched the pictures exactly! Super clean and nice. Perfect vibes for Nashville! The host was super responsive and accommodated and early check in for us. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again! Also loved how safe and secure we felt with the gated parking garage and having to use Latch to get into the building and on to the elevator.

This was a perfect place for our family! Beds are VERY comfortable. The decor is amazing and in such a great location! Great communication. Everything was so easy and smooth!!

This property was amazing! Such a beautiful space and easily walkable to broadway which was an added bonus. Will definitely be staying here again the next time I come to Nashville!

This is an amazing property. Spacious, clean, super cool decor. We enjoyed our time in the unit as much as we enjoyed our time in Nashville. No complaints.

Perfect place for someone who doesn't mind the railroad track outside your window. We are used to noise outside because we live in a highrise on the Vegas strip. So it didn't bother us. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. It didnt have salt and pepper or foil. But went to grocery store and grabbed it ourselves. Paid it forward by leaving it for the next guests to use. Bedrooms are great. However could use some drawers or additional shelves in the closet for folded clothes. The beds are SO comfy. We slept like babies. TV's in all the rooms as well as the living room. Plenty of extra bed linens and towels. Everything for cleaning provided under the kitchen sink. Left behind a container of disinfectant wipes and bleach. If it's available the next time we travel to Nashville. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Nautical Properties for hosting.
