Dancing In The Moonlight in Downtown Nashville

Incredible experience at this amazing spot. The spot was so clean and a very easy check-in experience. The room was clean and plenty of space for a couple with amazing location super close to downtown. Would absolutely stay here again and very professional communication from management. This was 5/5 and my best experience in Nashville. Excellent time and the kitchen had a full equipment to cook also! 5/5 will stay again!

Very nice and a all around great experience

We enjoyed the place, it was clean and easy to access. A big perk is free parking in the garage, and we never had a problem finding a spot. Also, the location is a 15-20 minute walk to lower Broadway. Be aware the location is on a railroad and freight trains actively use the tracks. Ear plugs were provided if you need them, and we generally had no issues sleeping, but it’s worth noting.

Great place! Super clean, nice amenities and good location. The train is literally in your room, like right outside the window but they mention that. Its not bad, they don't blow the horn so I didn't have a problem with it! Id stay again :)

Our stay was so nice. The condo does sit close to the train tracks but this was not an issue as the hosts provided a sound machine. We really enjoyed the pool and being able to walk to Broadway. 5 STARS all day long.

Great apartment very new beautifully presented and central.. Only negative was the train noise.

So close to Broadway! We walked everywhere and never had to use an uber. YeeHaw Brewery is about a 2 minute walk and they have live music too so if you don't want to walk the extra few blocks to Broadway, you have a few other choices right next to the condo.

The apartment felt nearly brand new and was spectacularly furnished. On top of that, the price was comparable to nearby hotels which is phenomenal given the extra space for entertaining in the evening. The Hyve Condos are very near Tennessee brew works which has some of the best craft brews in town and fantastic food. 

Our stay was just so perfect. Nautical Properties were amazing hosts and the decor was a perfect touch. We would recommend Dancing in the Moonlight to anyone.

Unit was spectacular and enjoyed meeting all the other guests in the lobby. Felt very safe while in the building but there were quite a few homeless people around the corner. No one bothered us at but not ideal.

Great place to stay!

My stay was absolutely perfect!! Host was so quick to respond to every question and inquiry. Every message was so kind and thoughtful. The space was beautiful, exceptionally clean and cozy. The decor is vibrant, fun and chic. I will absolutely try to rebook for a future stay…perfect space for girl’s weekend, family or solo trip!

Outstanding place. Close to train, but that was noted. Food bank or homeless shelter close, but didn’t have any issues. Loved it

Visited with my husband and teenage son. The condo was great! It was very clean, well organized, pleasant design and accomodating. We loved the security of the building (struggled with the codes at first but got the hang of it quickly!). We were close or within walking distance of everything we wanted to get to and could rent scooters or uber anywhere else we needed to go! The location is near a lot of new construction, so you can tell the area is being built into something great! This location is on the railroad tracks, but we didn't find it disturbing. There were ear plugs provided if needed, so very thoughtful! As someone else noted, it is near a shelter, but not a deterrent for future visits. We would definitely come back!!

My Daughter and I found this place to be awesome in Every Way!We loved the location and enjoyed all of the little touches like snacks,K-Cups Bathrobes, Quality Linens, Comfy Bed, Pool and Gym Access, Security. All of it!I would highly recommend this company and Location!

Great place! We enjoyed our stay. The place was just as pictured and described. Check in and communications were excellent.

This condo is absolutely stunning! Felt right at home. It’s also like a military base, you can’t just walk in which is nice. Broadway is walkable and easy to navigate to from this location. Taylor was SUPER responsive, thought she was a robot for a sec lol all in all I would highly recommend staying at this location.

my son loved having the train

We had a wonderful time here. The condo itself was perfect, with everything we needed to feel right at home. The owner was fully transparent about the proximity to the train tracks and potential for noise, but we got used to that pretty quickly and took advantage of the noise machine that drowned out (most of) the sound of passing trains at night. Location was great. Only two blocks from 6th & Peabody (Yee Haw Brewery and Old Smoky Distillery…great place to take in a game and enjoy a cold beverage or three) and a 12-15 minute walk to Lower Broadway. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the condo. Convenient to walk to various locations of interest. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the vibe of the condo. The train was loud but we expected it and it gave us an even cooler “urban” vibe. Easy walk to areas of interest including Bridgestone Arena for the SEC games. We would definitely come back for another stay.

Great place good times . Heaven for a train enthusiast but still a great place for everyone
