A mere 1500 feet to the white sandy shore of the Gulf of Mexico and 750 feet to the Bay. 30 feet availabe in the rear of the home, so be sure to bring your boat with you! This 4-bedroom home has everything and more for you to enjoy all things beachy. Begin your journey at the beach in the roomy living room that opens to the dining room and fully equipped kitchen with bar seating. Along with the spacious common areas on the first floor are two bedrooms with queen-size beds and flat-screen TVs. The two bedrooms on the second floor have a queen-size and king-size bed respectively. The second floor opens up into a furnished deck that surrounds the house, making it perfect for games and unforgettable memories. There's also a covered furnished patio on the first floor and a grill in the fenced-in yard. This lovely beach home will accommodate up to 10 of your family and friends.
