Featuring custom design and luxury furnishings, this space is the perfect downtown spot. This spacious unit features three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa, comfortably sleeping 10 guests. The Primary Bedroom and Bedroom 2 both have King beds. Bedroom 3 has 2 Queen beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a stocked Keurig coffee bar. Both the living and bedrooms feature Smart TV’s with and high speed internet.

If you are parking a car during your stay, you will have 3 options:
♦ Owner/Guest Garage - this is a FREE first come, first serve garage that requires the Latch app for access. You will receive Latch access upon booking.
♦ Street Parking - this is FREE first come, first serve parallel street parking
♦ Lower Level Garage - this is a paid public parking garage that has direct elevator access right to your condo floor. Discounted pricing is available for people staying at one of our condos.    Walkable to all the things!

     - The pool will be closed during the winter starting October 29th, 2023 and will re-open in May 2024
