Aegean 102 is a gorgeous ground-floor condo with two bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to eight. Beautifully furnished and fully appointed, you’ll find all the comforts of home, and then some, in this delightful retreat just steps from the beach. Soothing light shades of color create a calming environment, while cozy furnishings encourage peaceful relaxation. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outdoors in, offering plenty of natural light in the open-concept living/dining space. A large sofa, oversized chair, and occasional chair make catching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV comfortable for everyone. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets on the deck outside, taking in the incredible views and coastal breezes. Four chairs at the breakfast bar make it the perfect spot for morning coffee, while the dining table will comfortably accommodate your whole crew. Unwind in the master suite, featuring a king-sized bed, en suite bath, and private access to the outdoor deck. Additional sleeping arrangements include twin bunk beds nestled off the living room and a guest suite with two queen beds. A stackable washer and dryer provide additional convenience, making cleanups a breeze!
