The Speakeasy in Downtown Nashville

Our stay was effortless. The unit was clean and supplied all that we needed for our stay. A great location close to Broadway & the charming Gulch area. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was clean upon our arrival and we were informed of the opportunity for an early check in as the unit was ready for us. The "secret" door was a nice little touch. Although the unit was close to the train tracks we were not bothered by the train noise.

The property was amazing. We were incredibly comfortable and had all the things we needed. Kitchen is amazing. Laundry room was fantastic. Have to include that this property is right against the railroad tracks. It didn’t bother us much - but we aren’t light sleepers.

Our weekend was absolutely amazing. Everything was clean. The condo was secure and made us feel extremely safe. We will definitely be coming back.

Pool area with cabanas is really nice. This unit was exceptional clean and professional decorated which is why it gets a 5 star. The gulch location is of course wonderful. This comment could not be totally complete without mentioning the only possible negative, the train. The train rolls just below this unit. Since I lived next to tracks, this was a comforting positive experience. I would absolutely stay again.

The accommodations were beautiful. We loved every minute of our stay. The view of the pool was great. Everything was wonderful and we defiantly would stay again. Thank you so very much.

Better than expected!! Great place and very responsive and helpful hosts! Smooth check-in/check-out with clear directions from the host. Spacious place with all you need (or even more). Close to many restaurants and local attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo. Great decorations. It is right next to the railroad tracks which didn’t bother us but I’m sure it could bother some people.

I came to celebrate my 35th birthday and was not only gifted with a beautiful place to stay but also with gifts! I recommend this place 1000x over! The host was so sweet! This will be forever my first option anytime I want to stay in Downtown Nashville! ✨ Thank you SO much!!!

We definitely enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and nice. We were allowed to check in early even when they had a late check out! I was very impressed. We plan on coming back!

We had such a good time in Nashville and thoroughly enjoyed the Speakeasy. The trains are a bit much in the beginning, but you get used to them pretty quickly and the ear plugs help a lot!  Other than that GREAT place to stay!

Absolutely perfect location, got to give my girl a private tour of Nashville and let us walk all around the gulch and Nashville with no problems. Would 100% stay here again!

I stayed at another Nautical Properties condo a couple of months ago. When I had to come back to Nashville for work, I tried to get the same condo but it was booked so I chose The Speakeasy, another unit hosted by Nautical Properties. This trip was equally as awesome as my last one. The condo is so uniquely decorated, I could walk everywhere, and even had a great view of downtown. I would absolutely stay here again!

Loved the condo - it was new and clean and well decorated. I'm really picky and was very pleased! The only negative was the train track which ran right outside the unit. They did thoughtfully provide ear plugs and a white noise machine, so we adapted without issue. We would definitely stay again.
