Our favorite part was it is within walking distance to Broadway and the Gulch (about a mile). We loved the sketch guestbook that everyone left their favorite parts of their trip to Nashville- such a cool idea! Loved all of the litte details! We for sure will be back to The Gibson! The property was clean and neat. Several amenities like qtips were available! It was located in a quiet but convenient part of town. We parked the first day in the free parking and ubered the rest of the trip. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing property everything inside true to photos online. Beautiful pool wonderful service highly recommend if you’re ever going to Nashville to stay here just minutes from everything downtown.

Only complaints in the parking. If you have a big truck it's vert hard to maneuver through the parking deck.

This is a charming spot! I was nervous about the noise of the train / urban environment and read each review. We found the train to be a charming addition to the locale! It added to our stay, not detracted from. The outdoor deck area is great and gave a pretty backdrop to morning coffee or sunset toddies. We would stay here again.

Great space

The location of the property is very convenient within easy walking distance to Broadway. The unit was newer any nicely decorated with all necessary amenities. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but we never felt unsafe. There are also very active train tracks nearby but fun to watch during the day and not an issue sleeping with the provided earplugs. The communication from the property management team was excellent. Would stay again when returning to Nashville.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was beautiful and exactly like the photos! The light fixtures were a little confusing and would occasionally come on randomly in the middle of the night. Besides this, the Gibson was the perfect place for us to stay in Nashville! Just a short walk to the main strip, ample free parking, spectacular pool! The host was extremely responsive and even helped us book another stay with Nautical.

The property was very highly rated with amazing reviews from previous guests. It did not disappoint. We had a great stay. The place was neat, clean, up-to-date, and had everything we needed. We debated about staying here or in a local hotel. We are so happy we chose to stay at The Gibson!

We had a fantastic stay...the space itself was extremely clean (and I'm picky), well decorated and we felt right at home. The property managers always responded to any questions within minutes and were flexible in letting us park early so we could walk around downtown until our place was ready. The train runs right behind the building and frequently...it's a bit noisy if you're sitting outside but you hardly hear it from inside. Great value for the money! The only callout I would make is that there's a rescue mission at the corner of the block which attracts a certain crowd. They never bothered us, but just something to be aware of. Once you get past that part of the block, it's fine. Would stay here again!

No true complaints at all and I'll look to stay at the property again if in Nashville. . . . Easy check-in, beautiful property, very clean, nice, and felt secure.

We had a wonderful stay at the Gibson! It was a beautiful space equipped with everything we needed. I loved having coffee each morning outside on the balcony. The location was nice for walking and using ride shares to get around town.

This place was just as the pictures described. Using the app really helped with free parking at the building. My husband and I relaxed during his business trip to Nashville. The balcony was also very relaxing and stylish. We loved everything. And the added touches such as the signing book were awesome and thoughtful. I will definitely book again!!!

Everything was immaculate and in a great location to all things Nashville. We loved the fact the pictures and description of this unit are 100% true. The bed itself as well as the linens are top of the line. The gym is extremely nice and equipped with a great variety of weights, machines and peloton’s. We would definitely come back.

Brand new building in the heart of Nashville .70 walking distance to Broadway! The unit is in a brand new building, the bed was comfortable, the unit was clean with new furnishings.

The condo was very clean and was a perfect size for my girlfriend and I. The location was great- the gulch and Broadway street were both within a 15 minute or less walk. The décor represented Nashville well! From guitars to records to music artistry, this place made you feel the Nashville vibe. I could imagine this condo being even better in the warm months- it over looks a cool pool! I recommend staying here when ever your travels bring you to the area.

The space was lovely and exactly as described. I was visiting Nashville for my first week at a new job and the space helped me feel right at home. I loved using the gym and parking was a breeze. The hosts provided a lovely welcome basket, suggested things to do, were incredibly responsive during check-in and throughout the week, and provided clear information for check-out. My wife and I have stayed at multiple places in the Nashville area. This was the best we have stayed at by far. You're less than a mile from everything!! Jason and Taylor are extremely friendly and responsive. They answered many questions and helped in any way possible. The condo is decorated very well and had very nice touches and little extras that you don't see with other condo rentals anywhere. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere or Uber. We didn't move our vehicles all weekend and were safe in a gated under building garage. I would highly recommend staying at this condo! I will be staying again!

It was an absolutely amazing staying! Hosts were so responsive and helpful!! Place was clean and stylish, safe and homey. Cannot say enough good things about my stay! Only draw back, totally outside of anyone’s control, was the train that ran behind the space both day and night. Would stay again!!

Great Property

Great stay! Nothing was more than a 10 minute drive. Zero complaints about this property!

This place was awesome! Very clean and the detail they put into the decor was mind blowing. It’s like a mini museum in itself. Adored the feel. Special attention to snacks and waters for any need. You won’t regret staying here. Very close to all the action. Easy walk. And so quiet and private. Just a wonderful experience.

We were looking for a place to stay during our visit to Vanderbilt and concert at the Ryman. The Gibson was exactly as pictured and had everything you might need. It was secure, clean, and a short Uber ride from downtown. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This condo was an incredible find. It was fully stocked with amenities and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood had lots of cool restaurants and bars. Plus, close enough to walk to all the craziness on Broadway.

We enjoyed four days at this well appointed apartment in Nashville. The place was stocked with everything we needed and more. I was very impressed with the thoughtful things they supplied for their guests. The bedding was amazingly comfy. We enjoyed Saints game on the gigantic tv. The Latch access to the building was very easy and the location was awesome to all we wanted to do downtown. We walked to eat and felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again or recommend to a friend.

This condo is even better than the pictures and super conveniently located. We walked to Broadway which was a huge plus. Communication was great, the hosts were so responsive. They thought of everything - we had snacks, pool bag & cooler, waters, and ping pong paddles (there’s a ping pong table outside in the courtyard!). If you stay here, definitely spend some time at the pool. Can’t beat the loungers in the water, the cabanas & the view!
