We had a wonderful stay. It felt like a home away from home. Cozy living room. The kitchen was great to fix meals in. The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay with Nautical Properties again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful apartment that looks better than the photos. Loved the bar set up and the quality of the furniture! The area was very quiet, which we liked- but very walkable to great places to hang out. I’d definitely look to stay again, which I rarely say!

This condo was exactly like the pictures. Music Row has everything you need within walking distance and the Honky Tonks are just a short uber ride. Nautical Properties were very responsive. 5 Stars all the way.

Amazing Hosts and an amazing design. This condo fit all of our needs. Close to Broadway and it sits right on Music Row. We will be back!
We loved our time at Let Er Buck❤️ It is beautiful, clean and a safe area. Perfect location! We loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We love the parking garage and felt it was very safe. The bar is stunning and very well stocked with anything needed. The staff working in the lobby were very polite. We felt like it’s the perfect location and very quiet.
