On March 2, 2024, the Celtic Heritage Alliance invites you to the largest and longest-running Scottish Festival in the Florida Panhandle, taking place at Frank Brown Park in Panama City Beach. This event, now in its thirtieth year, began at Grace Presbyterian Church in Panama City and has grown into a proud celebration of Scottish culture, featuring a variety of events and educational activities throughout the year.
